"I
have had the pleasure of taking a major decorative painting and
colour theory workshop in Marilyn’s studio, Princess J. Creations.
Marilyn took care of all the supplies and details, including snacks
and lunches, in a meticulous and thorough manner. She combined this
with a happy attitude and a great sense of humour making this workshop
a most enjoyable experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to take another
seminar/workshop from her. I have also dealt with her for product
supplies, product information, application techniques and methods
and she has continually demonstrated a willingness to help, with
a knowledgeable and caring attitude supported by lots of positive
encouragements .Her infectious enthusiasm is wonderful and contagious,
and a positive influence for the path of my artistic journey. It
is a delight to count Marilyn as one of my decorative painting friends,
a lady who walks the talk of her mission statement."

"Marilyn's
attention is first and foremost on the student as an individual and
directs her to focus on the student’s needs. Not just a 'people
pleaser', Marilyn genuinely 'cares' about the person first and goes
out of her way to encourage and build the weaknesses by focusing on
the strengths of that person. This alone helps her to stand out as
one of those teachers who makes a difference in her student’s
journey in learning. Students come away feeling they are ever as important
as the instructor and makes their experience with Marilyn a rewarding
one."
