As a child I loved my crayons and would spend numerous hours cutting and pasting pictures, drawing and colouring and decorating my homework assignments. I spent more time decorating than researching the assignment! I never considered myself talented with art and had no interest studying it in high school.

However, years later (ok many years later!), after experiencing some major life-changing events, I took my first Folk Art class and I was hooked immediately.

With my home studio I am now able to share my love for painting with my students and enjoy the process together, in creating a favourite piece of art. I find my students constantly challenging me!

My journey through the world of decorative painting is a constant thrill and one that continually leads me into self-discovery!!!!
